WebRezPro is a standard online booking software for hospitality companies such as hotels, inns, and everything in between. But, just like many other industry-specific software platforms, it has its limitations. When it comes to integrating with other popular software tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, or Meta Ads, WebRezPro simply did not want to do it.
This presents a roadblock when it comes to retrieving marketing data: without critical booking and customer data flowing into Google Analytics and ad platforms, there is an inevitable disconnect between the cost of marketing and its return-on-investment. Not just that, but it stalls smarter data-driven decisions because we can’t clearly see the top audience segments and results per campaign.
After Ollo Metrics experienced this issue while working with WebRezPro, we decided to build a custom integration for WebRezPro, to allow it to integrate with other platforms. We built multiple custom scripts to allow hospitality companies to see all of the booking revenue data in Google Analytics 4 and ad platforms such as Google Ads & Meta Ads. This integration also allowed us to get clearer insight into the target audience for even better informed business decisions in the future.
Now, we’ve used this integration working with multiple hospitality clients and offer it to anyone else who wants a more direct understanding of their data, so they too can make smarter data-driven decisions. Clients only need to be operating WebRezPro and have access to their Revenue Tracking in Google Analytics & Google Ads, but we take care of the rest.
